Mainly shredded fir and hemlock bark with some small chunky pieces. The shredded texture knits together, which makes it the right choice for garden walkways, sloped ground, and windy areas.
Not splinter-free
Fir and hemlock bark isn't splinter-free, so it isn't suitable for playgrounds, pet areas, or barefoot pathways. For those, see our cedar chips.
