Coarse Bark
The largest and longest lasting of our fir and hemlock barks, made up of bigger chunky pieces. Its weight is what makes it work on hillsides, slopes, and high-wind areas.
Not splinter-free
Fir and hemlock bark isn't splinter-free, so it isn't suitable for playgrounds, pet areas, or barefoot pathways. For those, see our cedar chips.
